Product description
Sodium Caseinate "Extra" is obtained by neutralization of acid casein (prepared by indirect acid precipitation of fresh pasteurized skim milk), in using a specific technology: extrusion. The product has excellent nutritional and functional properties (water retaining and emulsifying) and dissolves easily.
